Yaoyorozu no Kohaku (Japanese natural honey)
Yaoyorozu no Kohaku (Japanese natural honey)
This is the finest honey, made exclusively from Hyogo Prefecture.
This is domestically produced honey harvested in Banshu Ono.
We have not adjusted the flavor by mixing different types of honey or otherwise altering the taste in any way, and have instead preserved the natural form of the honey.
Ono City is located in the northern part of the Banshu Plain, and in addition to the plains, there are also rich forests in the northern and eastern parts of the city. By carrying out beekeeping in these extremely different terrains, honey with different flavors can be harvested from the plains and forests.
Because the flavor is not standardized, each honey is different in color and flavor, and no two honeys are the same. These differences are the blessings of nature.
Please enjoy the natural bounty of Banshu Ono.
*All honey is labeled with the harvest date and location.
〇All honey we offer is completely unheated raw honey.
