Payment methods, payment timing, and receipts

Payment methods available on our online store include credit card, electronic money, convenience store payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayDeferred Payment, and Pay-easy Payment.
Please note that you cannot change your payment method after your order has been confirmed.

We accept VISA, Master, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB credit card brands.
If your card has a compatible brand logo, you can use it for credit card payments regardless of the credit card company that issued it.

*Depending on the credit card company's screening process, you may not be able to use credit card payments.
*The date and time of withdrawal will vary depending on the closing date and contract terms of your credit card, so please contact your credit card company directly.

*If payment is cancelled midway, your order will be cancelled and you will need to place the order again.
*Once payment has been made, orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
*We do not provide support regarding how to use the app or withdrawal methods, so please contact the relevant payment company.

You can pay at Family Mart, Lawson, Mini Stop, Daily Yamazaki, and Seico Mart.
After placing your order, please make payment at the convenience store nearest you within 14 days. Once payment has been confirmed, we will begin the shipping process.

*If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be canceled.

Please pay the product price in advance. The product will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

Paidy is a payment method that allows you to pay the next month. No prior registration or credit card is required, just an email address and mobile phone number are all you need to make a payment.
We will ship your item immediately after your order is completed.
