How to use

[Hair] Wet your hair and scalp, then take an appropriate amount in your hands, lather it up, and massage your scalp into the wash, then rinse thoroughly.
[Body] Apply an appropriate amount to a wet sponge or body towel, or directly onto your hands, work into lather and massage into skin, then rinse off.
