Refund policy

Initial defective product

If you receive a defective item, we will issue a refund only if you contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
We will also issue a refund if the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item.
Please contact us using the inquiry form so we can tell you how to respond.
※We may ask you to provide an image of the product in order to confirm the defective part.

◆If the product is returned without contacting us:

Please note that the return will be processed as a result of the customer's circumstances and you may be required to pay shipping, customs duties, and administrative fees (*1).
(*1) The administrative fee will be HKD$50 per item.

Returns/Exchanges

Our Hong Kong online shop does not allow returns or exchanges of products for any reason.
We will only issue a refund if the product is initially defective or if there was a mistake on our part.
If you would like a different scent, color, or size from the one you ordered, please place a new order for the desired product.

Cooling off

Internet sales are mail order sales as stipulated by the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, so cancellations cannot be made due to the cooling-off period.
