Fermented Red Ginseng Grand Jelly
HYFRG (Fermented Red Ginseng) is produced through lactic acid fermentation and enzymatic treatment, generating an absorbable saponin compound (Compound K). (*HYFRG refers to the fermented red ginseng by Yakult Korea). We’ve added Okinawan soft-shelled turtle and blended it with multiflower honey to reduce the distinctive bitterness of the ginseng, making it easier to consume.
